You will be coached to build your own unique flexible life long health plan.
We will be creating your own lifestyle structure that will enable you to live an energised life with purpose and passion.
The program structure will give you the step by step know-how and knowledge to improve your Energy and Vitality so that you can increase your daily performance.
You will learn how to be flexible with nutrition and exercise even during travel and the busiest times.
The program consists of 12, 60min weekly, group sessions that are held online via Zoom.
You are paired up with an accountability partner in between sessions to keep you moving forwards and on track to achieve your simple weekly 1UP’s.
Your results will be tracked and supported by Nigel and your group with regular weekly check-ins and monthly targets that we will agree upon during our calls.
