I can’t describe how much I loathe these bloody generic buzz words.
We are all inundated with people that spend every min of the day doing what’s needed to maintain what they look like.
And who knows if the pics are even real!
Most people just buy into the whole scene as if it’s real.
Something else people buy into is that these people have superior genetics!
You either have “it” or you don’t right? Nope, totally false.
Your genetic potential can’t be proven.
How the hell can someone predict how your genes are going to be expressed ( your potential ).
Create the right settings, nutritional profile and stress busting lifestyle and you could look like an entirely new person stood next to and compared to the tired, stressed undernourished version of you!
So you might as well envision what you want and run with it, make it the reality! Create those optimal situations and who knows what you are capable of.
Compare and despair!
That’s defiantly not a good place to start, especially when you’re comparing your possible low or average moments to someone else’s peak, best angles and perfect lighting, pics.
Seriously your much better off ignoring all the BS in the fitness industry especially if you want to stay sane and in touch with what you want.
Which leads me to ask!
