There is so much information available with just a few clicks, we are all capable of becoming knowledgeable in any subject.
The question is when does it become practical and applicable wisdom. And to whom does it apply!
Does it apply to YOU or is it general and generic?
Theory becomes Wisdom, in my opinion when it has been applied and analysed and also if it’s applicable.
Misplaced Wisdom becomes Stupidity!
I’ve talked about this subject of information overload and knowing things before.
I think that a lot of people are experiencing information overwhelm stress ( IOS ) ( I’m sure Apple would be happy with that acronym that I just made up )
I see it a lot on the social sites, they know for instance all about the links between cortisol and adrenal dysfunction ( know as adrenal fatigue to some ). Intermittent fasting and Autophagy (Ancient Greek meaning “self-devouring” ) to renew tissue.
But if your nutrition is sub-par, so to will you renew cells with sub-par cells, which is pretty much downgrading your body.
So there is two side to this wisdom.
What works for “someone” and specifically what works for “you”.
Luckily for you, I have to be knowledgeable about both because I coach and educate this stuff.
We all know hydration is essential for us all, but drink the wrong sort/type of water, and you get into the area of cells not being hydrated fully, thus they become overwhelmed with toxic waste and early cell degeneration occurs.
( Yes there is the wrong type of water! It’s called tap water. We all take notice of this warning when we travel without question )

* WHY does it work or not work for you!
* WHY later and not now!
* WHY exercising this way will work!
* WHY that sort of diet isn’t right for you now!
* WHY this works for them but probably won’t work for YOU!
