I wouldn’t go as far to say that I’ve climbed mountains,
but I have climbed a few very high hills 🙂
I know how hard it can be if you just go straight up!
So the trick is to walk in a zig zag,
so the slope is more gradual,
less demanding.
Unless you want the maximum challenge,
why not zig zag your way up,
take your time and enjoy the walk?
In my time working as a PT, I’ve heard a lot of people refer to the challenge of weight loss as “I’ve got a mountain to climb!”
This is, of course, the reality,
But it’s being framed wrong!
What I’m getting at is why not make things a little easier.
Think of the zigzagging up the mountain.
It may take a bit longer.
It may not like as impressive!
But I guarantee you won’t be in bits by the time your reach the peak,
Or get to your goal for that matter!
One of the ways to be successful at something is to remove the barriers before you start!
