Hopefully, the answer to the title is yes.
I’d be interested to find out on a scale of 1-10
how much your weight matters though?
Have you thought about it,
Because the numbers do matter!
Well I don’t think that they matter in the same way,
As you may think they do.
I think our results driven number mindsets are a bit off!
It’s obvious that if you want to lose weight,
then you are talking about body fat,
but it’s still not obvious to most.
Do you even measure your body fat percentages?
If not you should.
Because looking at weight alone doesn’t tell you much!
Unless you know what your fat percentage is in conjunction with your weight, how can you tell how much muscle and fat you have.
More muscle & less fat = Leaner,
And quite possibly you are going to weigh more!
Other things are harder to measure.
Sleeping well and waking up refreshed is priceless.
Having a great mood is about eating foods,
that feed you, by that I mean foods
that contribute to your health rather than robs you of vitality!
Another thing to consider,
how would you feel if you looked amazing,
but felt irritatable, depressed and had no ummphh?
And how about you got to your ideal body fat level,
You ended up feeling so fatigued
and worn out you lost your willpower,
and couldn’t keep up the hard work needed to maintain your goals?
Having said all that;
Are still going to be chasing those numbers
or that perfect measurement?
If you can find a way to measure health
and balanced energy levels with numbers,
I’m all ears.
I’ll remind you that you won’t be able to keep any results for long without aiming to get your health on top form first.
( I know I go on about health a lot )
ITS JUST IT’S IMPORTANT!
