The F Word.
Right, I just had to share this with you.
It’s something that I’ve been through numerous times, something that I see many of my clients go through,
it’s the dreaded F word.
That’s right, Fatigue.
Now look, it gets us all.
It creeps up on you and before long you are laid up in bed; sick, exhausted or just like you just don’t want to start your day.
Now that does creep up on you, but the trouble is the actual effects; just hits you like a ton of bricks and as I said, I’ve been through that many times before.
I’ve had it to the point where I cannot concentrate on work, my personal relationships,
I can’t go to the gym,
I can’t exercise,
The only thing I think I can do is sit down and watch some crap TV.
Mindless, just tune out.
So here is the thing that I really want this sound bite to infuse you or get you thinking about.
You’ve got to look up how you are expending your energy, how you are replacing it, how you are recovering and recuperating.
If you don’t get the balance right then, you are going to hit that fatigue before you know it.
So look out for that dreaded F-word.
Be conscious and know where and what it does to you when you get that exhausted.
