This is a classic, and this is just one of the things,
I just had to talk about.
I regularly travel on a tube and like most of my clients and most of the people on my newsletter/that visits my site,
That are city based, busy professionals and just like me can’t stand getting on a packed train in the morning.
And you know why?
the worst thing about it?
Bad breath!
Who the hell want to stand on a packed train next to someone with such bad breath, I can only explain it smells like a 400KG Guernsey cow is breathing into your ear.
I mean seriously do these people not floss,
they don’t clean their teeth.
They probably do, but they use the good old Colgate (toothpaste) which is complete and utter shit, it’s just a chemical based frothing agent for your mouth.
So a 400KG Guernsey cow with a frothing white paste in its mouth doesn’t really help.
The trouble is people have got really bad gut issues.
That’s one of the causes bad bacteria fermenting in the gut produce all sort of really bad smells.
Now Perhaps its a little bit out of order for me to discuss this,
but the thing is, come on really.
We have got to think about this because if we’ve got partners/friends, we have work colleagues,
we going to be in front of them,
We’re going to be breathing (towards them ), and you know what?
You probably are not going to notice ( yourself),
Your breath could be like a cat that’s licked its ass!
Sorry to put it that way,
but there’s only one way of putting it
Bad breath….
we can’t tolerate it.
I had a training partner that had bad breath;
I had to tell him, and you know what, after that,
he started to floss he started to clean his teeth a bit more, and he actually improved his health, and I’ll tell why.
If you don’t floss, you’re going to have a constant level of bacteria in between your teeth.
You’re going to have bacteria in your mouth anyway,
But you’re going to have the type of bacteria that feed on food particles, and that is the same bacteria that you get in your gut that produces a really bad smell and all sorts of other toxins ( and by byproducts ) I’m talking about the waste ( excretion ) of the bacteria. So that bacteria are feeding/ it’s like little animals,
I’m sorry to say, shitting in your mouth.
So you’ve got this really bad bacteria in between your teeth producing all sorts of really gross stuff.
Number one,
we’ve got to floss,
every night preferably,
its a habit of mine that I’ve kept up for years and all be it now and again, one night here now I might miss it,
But to me is one of the most important oral hygiene things you can do. I don’t need to mention brushing, we all do that pretty much do that naturally,
but we don’t think of flossing as the removing of those food particles and that bacteria, which is producing toxins and wastes, which is actually poisonous to us.
So Your health starts in your mouth,
and if you got bad bacteria producing these chemicals,
you are ingesting that, and that’s making your gut issue worse,
or it’s definitely the precursor to creating gut issues ( in the first place ).
Number two,
if you’re not hydrating enough and you’re not washing these toxins out of your body, then, of course, you’re going to get some sort of buildup.
It’s going to come out in your breath; it’s going to come out in your sweat.
It’s going to come out in your general, (sort of ) body smell anyway.
So I’m trying to keep this short, but essentially,
it’s terrible when you’re next to someone with a breath like a cow.
I can’t think of anything that winds me more…
I actually had to get off a move to another carriage before because it’s been so bad.
So my heart goes out to you if you’re going to be on the train today and you’re going to be basically sitting in a cattle truck,
I don’t know how you can stand it;
I can’t.
I cant tolerate it,
My sense of smells got a lot better the healthier I’ve got.
That’s another thing; people don’t notice these smells because they haven’t got a great sense of smell.
I’m not trying to be offensive here.
I’m not trying to pick on people but just saying you know what it’s like when you’re on a train and someone is breathing down your neck.
It’s not a pleasant thing,
and I would hate to think that I’ve ever had breath like that, sometimes I ask my partner
“I’m like how does my breath smell?”
I don’t think it’s a wired thing to do, but it’s a good thing to do because you may not know not notice it.
I think it’s really important to ask people around you,
that is really good start changing your health change in your gut.
And you know what, when you change your health,
I’ve said it before; a healthy body is a lean body.
So if you want the byproducts, of getting leaner and healthier one of the places you want to think about is your mouth.
