If you don’t make plans and commit to them
something more urgent will sidetrack you.
Even having a plan of what your objectives are and what you’re going to do whilst in the gym will help, otherwise your just going to go there and run on the treadmill for an hour, because you don’t know what else to do!
The plan doesn’t need to be complex.
Exercise: Gym – Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6 pm
( Set a regular time )
Objectives: stimulate your metabolism with 20 minutes of interval training.
Train the following body parts to help tone and shape.
Try to get in and out of the gym within 45mins for best results.
No hanging about is needed!
Prepare breakfast by soaking porridge the night before.
Cook a chicken Sunday evening so you have protein till Wednesday/Thursday.
Cook 500g Quinoa/Buckwheat/Millet for carbs during the week.
Buy the weeks salad and fruit on Sunday.
it isn’t rocket science.
