The simplest way to create an intense, time efficient workouts is to follow these 3 simple rules:
The Workout Of The Day should look something like this:
The structure, of this workout can be up to you; either perform them as a circuit or complete the desired number of sets per exercise and then move on to the next exercise.
The resistance/weight selected should be light to moderate.
Perform between 4-8 sets of “push until you can’t” and “rest until you can” and you will well and truly be done.
The main thing I like about this type workout is, (providing the form is top notch) you are in and out of the gym in no time having had a dam good workout!
