Results you get to keep are about what, where, who you are and if you can manage change!
Have a think about what you are really focusing on with all these touched up, examples of body transformation!
You may feel really motivated at first, looking at the fat to thin, or slim to strong pictures.
Are those types goals and results actually possible for you?
Yes, I hear you shout with total, determination!!!!!
In the ideal sense, it’s all very plausible!
However, I witness the effects, time and time again. The displayed in the so-called real-life examples at all the gyms and studios I’ve worked at since April 2006.
Admittedly there are many examples of those that achieve great results,
but what about the many more that don’t?
You most definitely won’t be hearing much about their experiences and health issues.
Fatigue and Burnout are more common than results, especially than those that last. The reality is that fatigue and burnout can affect your hormonal balance which can lead to long term health issues, that aren’t easy to reverse.
Personally, I can’t think of anything more demoralizing that getting a short term taste of results but at the expense of long term health
