Please no comments about the trucks, I know they are bad!
These are pictures I had taken back in November 1995, it’s amazing to think its so long ago. I was into my training a lot back then these pics show me going through the phase known as “Bulking Up”. However things got a little carried away and I continued gaining a fair bit of fat, however, these pics are an important record for me to look back on. Even though I laugh now looking at them, I know they are up for all to see and if the truth is know I’m kind of proud that I went through this phase. Its all been part of my experience and I still value it!
Why is it important to take a before picture?
Before and after pictures are a great means of comparison, there is no getting away from how you looked, It provides you with clear and concise visual evidence of how your shape has changed. The pictures will be absolutely priceless in motivating you to push on to the next level.
Which pictures should I take?
Try to put aside how you feel about your before pictures for the moment. If need be think of them being filed for your records only.
Take, a full length, front, side and back shot (as above)to record your profile clearly. Also, take a face photo to,
as you will be surprised how the shape of your face and your complexion can change and how much better looking you get.
The after pic!
I’m pretty sure once you have taken the same front, side, back and face after shots you will be so happy with the results that you will probably consider showing them to the world. What a great feeling it is to be able to show them to friends and colleagues, displaying the massive achievement you have made, a proud moment I’m sure you will agree!
Best of luck with your “Fat to Fit” or “Chunky to Hunky”!
