Contrary to our common belief it seems like most people are just not getting enough sun exposure, but the trouble is for most of us, we are either not getting enough or too much in one go.
How much sun exposure is right?
Popular sources recommend around 10-15 minutes per day, but there are many factors such as; how much skin you expose, the colour of your skin and how much sun exposure you generally get, it’s difficult to specify one size fits all.
“I personally stick to 10-15 mins of sun exposure per day, as and when I can.”
How can sun exposure help you lose fat?
Vitamins D2 and D3 have been shown to be effective in the stimulation of human metabolism, in conjunction with sun exposure. So if you’re stimulating your metabolism you have an increased ability to reduce body fat.
Your body is able to produce its own vitamin D3 when your skin is exposed to the sun’s ultraviolet rays, specifically ultraviolet (UVB) radiation. It’s estimated that we get, or should get, more than 90 percent of our vitamin D from casual, daily sun exposure.
Cholesterol is converted through a reaction with the sunlight into Vitamin D, so cholesterol is very necessary stuff, it’s the precursor for steroid hormones like the testosterone you need to grow, and the estrogen women need to be feminine.
Under perfect conditions, the human body is able to produce as much as 10,000 IU to 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 in just 30 minutes, and because sun exposure is the most efficient way of getting enough vitamin D3, I would recommend this as part of your general health plan in conjunction with lots of wholesome real food.

Thus, increasing the likely hood of you accumulating body fat?
So if you want to stay healthy I would recommend you use a sun tan lotion that doesn’t contain toxic ingredients such as these
