Anxiety is a signal, time to listen up.
Internal stress has a way of showing itself!
You can, of course, numb yourself with pills or a poor diet.
But right now could be the time you choose to listen before your body has to intensify its signals
Otherwise, you may find your self in a state of disease ( Dis-Ease )!
Do you use the weekend to get over the week or the week to get over the weekend? If its either on a regular basis then you are going to cause disease, perhaps not in the short term!
Give it time though and you will have a bigger challenge!
So if I was you I’d celebrate the fact that you could be feeling depressed, anxious or generally down.
Things fall apart so you can rebuild and those feeling are very powerful emotions you get you to listen up.
