High-intensity interval training ( HIIT) is a great way to burn body fat.
These type of workouts stimulate the body to carry on burning body fat during the day, long after your workout has finished.
Add a few 20-30 min workouts per week and you will see a considerable increase in fitness, toning and fat loss.
Try the Tabata system, which is based on 20 seconds all-out work and 10 seconds rest between sets. Start with between two to four compound/whole body exercises. If you already have a good level of fitness you can increase the exercises to six, this is not for the faint hearted though!
