Going long periods without food can be stressful for some. And a increase in stress can lead to a body fat percentage increase.
I wouldn’t mind betting that you could probably eat more food than you are now and still lose fat!
How, well it’s all about spreading out your daily food intake, so you’re not consuming most it, in one or two meal.
If your not eating a good breakfast and lunch, your going to be stressed all day, which means your metabolism slows down, your body stores fat because your stressed, then you try to make up for it with one big meal in the eve. That then means a bad nights sleep, which equals even more stress! Stress = Fat Gain

Don’t get hooked up on calories, pay more attention to the types of foods, if its in a packet, you don’t know whats gone it to making it!
