Is fat your friend or foe?
Either you are fanatical about staying away from ‘fat’ because you think it’s the reason you hanging on to more than your fair share,
or you understand the importance of consuming ‘fat’ to reduce it!
Does the thought of eating ‘fat’ start to stretch your waistline or can you feel your tummy rumble?
Your choice of fats says something about your understanding of health and whether or not you’re going to keep your hard earned results for the long term!

You have to learn that good fats need to become a necessary staple in your shopping list if you want to maintain a good level of health and especially if you want a great complexion.

Wow, you’re not scared of having fats in the home then, that’s good. Impressive.
5+ = Fanatic.
To elaborate, we could look at this in two ways:
Either you have some serious problems and a fat addiction, or you know what you’re doing!
The point is…
How many ‘fats’ found in your home are helping to keep you healthy and supporting your brain health?
If you have margarine or vegetable fats these don’t count;
these products are closer to lab chemicals than they are fats.
Best place for them is in the bin otherwise you going to build second-rate cell and probably no hormones at all.
When I go to clients home to coach them about better nutritional choices,
I see lots of standard cheap fake fats.
The use of product marketing has changed how we traditionally used to eat; now we opt for health destroying fats rather than ones that used to nourish us.
A myth that I often come up against is the belief that saturated fat cause heart attacks and that it’s unhealthy.
This is simply just another fallacy and one that’s been harming your health for a long time.
Healthy saturated high-quality fats from minimally processed animal and vegetable sources, provide you with a concentrated source of energy, they also support your health and growth in so many ways. Here are some fabulous nurturing fats, you should consider.
Cooking with Fats:
Raw Coconut Oil – amazing to cook with, withstands high heat, also available flavor and odor free.
Raw Organic Clarified Butter – adds richness to your cooking and because the milk solids have been taken out of it, it’s a good option for those that are lactose intolerant.
Animal Fats – the white fat that’s left over from things like, roast chicken, duck, beef, and bacon are superb to use in all manner of dishes.
Fats to use cold or at low temp:
Fats such as cold pressed pumpkin and other seeds oils, are amazing to help you absorb vegetable and fruit vitamins and make stuff taste good.
