Traveling into work today got me thinking about something
I can’t help but want to explore this.
Have you ever really looked around you and realise
the amount of people that aren’t happy?
I’ve got a few good ideas why I think that is:
Discomfort in our own bodies.
Is it surprising that we feel horrible in our own body
if we don’t nurture them with nutrients!
We are like kids, give us preservatives and crap sugar and stand well clear
because you are in for a whole lot of irritability and mood swings,
not to mention unproductiveness.
We give ourself a hard time,
and let me clarify I’m a professional
at giving myself a hard time about everything.
Food, my productiveness, confidence in the way I look,
my height, the fact I started losing my hair at 23,
the lot and its bloody depressing and totally crippling,
both professionally and personally.
Confidence, like wellness needs to be cultivated
and bloody well appreciated.
Well I’ve started the journey,
Because I bloody well deserve it!
Comparisons with others – Get your own goals,
pleeeeaaaaasssseeee make them about health first,
I know so many people that look great but believe me
they are miserable because they push there bodies to the limit trying to
achieve this look that we see around us.
If you compare you are always going to unhappy!
Having said all that and embraced all that shit,
( yes I have to swear because that’s what it is )
for far too long I’ve owned it and now I’m willing
to let go of stuff that became a HABBIT to hold onto.
Are you willing to drop your shit,
and really start embracing self appreciation and love for the way you look?
You’re not the pics you see around you,
your actually better because that’s fake.
Theres a great saying:
If you pretend your someone different today,
You will forget who you were yesterday!
Losing who you are, to an act,
Something that’s not real,
Get me out of here because I can’t think of anything scarier!
Appreciation is stress neutralising and what does stress make you?
FAT(ter) and MISERABLE.
Move your body and fuel it with the best,
if you want a great mood,
optimism and clear focus to create a great life…
Haha…. easier said than done right?
I’d love to hear from you,
what do you need to learn or put in place
to achieve it for yourself?
I’m getting closer to creating a plan
that’s an amalgamation of all that I’ve learnt
in the past 15 years or so.
SO what you have to say is priceless not just to me and my business/passion
but also to the people that want to see you at your best!
Enough said there I think before I explode with excitement!
