The most successful way I have found to get results is to get clear from the get-go.
However, results can’t possibly be guaranteed, because it’s unpredictable to how your body responds.
By all means, I have techniques to keep you accountable to the program and doing the work necessary,
but again it’s up to you.
The responsibility is on you and what actions you take, your consistency and your ability to maintain the new habits and rituals.
The most important questions you can ask are;
What realistic outcome do you want?
Can you maintain the new habits?
Is your new plan/schedule sustainable within your current lifestyle?
