High intensity interval training ( HIIT) is a great way to burn body fat.
These type of workouts stimulate the body to carry on burning body fat during the day, long after your workout has finished.
Add a few 20-30 min workouts per week and you will see a considerable increase in fitness, toning and fat loss. Try the Tabata system, which is based on 20 seconds all out work and 10 seconds rest between sets. Start with between two to four compound/whole body exercises. If you already have a good level of fitness you can increase the exercises to six, this is not for the faint hearted though!
