I had a one month training plan with Nigel back in September and it has definitely changed my approach to working out for the better. I was over doing it and I wasn’t seeing any changes or progress. What Nigel suggested for me was to go back to the basics and get to learn better posture and to get to know my body a bit more to understand how to perform certain basic moves. We also talked about nutrition, hydration and sleep, which are also key to seeing progress and improving overall health and he shared very helpful tips and learnings. I have kept the workout structure Nigel made for me and since mid September I have lost now around 5kg and 3% body fat and I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge about posture and efficiency at the gym. You can easily book and pay for your health and movement assessment on this page.

Once you start working with me, you’ll receive your personalised booking link for online coaching and personal training sessions, which you can schedule up to one month in advance to secure your slots.

Can I reschedule once booked?

Yes, you can reschedule your session as long as it’s done at least 24 hours in advance.

What's your availability?

My availability is 7am until 1pm Monday to Friday.
You can view my most current availability under the health and movement assessment booking.
The slots available are subject to change as current clients have priority in selecting their preferred times and days.

Where are your prices? ( I can't possibly know if you are going to be affordable! )

It’s impossible to predict which of my options will be right for you without gaining an in-depth understanding of your current situation, experience, and needs.

How much do you charge?

I charge per package based on different combinations of online coaching sessions, personalized program design complexity, and the number of one-on-one personal training sessions.

Can you reduce the cost for me as I'm on a tight budget?

As much as I appreciate your request, my pricing is carefully structured to provide fair value for the results and expertise I offer.

Why do you work per month and not just blocks of sessions?

I offer monthly packages because this is the best way to create consistency, structure, and accountability—a winning combination for helping you build momentum and ensure your progress. My month-by-month approach also means my service is flexible enough to adapt to your changing needs.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds as my service includes upfront fees for payment processing, pre-paid services (including appointment bookings, program delivery, and resource access), and gym space rental.

The F.A.B. is a simple yet effective plan of action that incorporates all of my successful methods I have appilied since April 2006.

Why do you require me to book a health and movement assessment?

Your Health & Movement Assessment will be our first step to designing your perfect program. I will identify any imbalances, weaknesses, challenges, or contradictory factors that could stop you from achieving your desired results. Your Health & Movement Assessment will help me identify how to best assist you, tailor options to your needs, experience, schedule, and budget, and determine your readiness to achieve your goals effectively. It also means that from the first meeting, we can get straight on with helping you get results.

What will happen after my health and movement assessment?

After the assessment, we’ll discuss the best options suited to your goals and circumstances. We’ll also evaluate if we are a good fit to work together, and I’ll inform you immediately if there are any contradicting factors.

Do you offer training for couples and small groups?

Unfortunately not; this is because I have found that my undivided attention and working specifically with individuals produce better results.

How long does it take to see results?

The time to see results depends on your commitment to the four pillars: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and hydration. Addressing all these areas will yield the best results, as they support each other. My coaching, combining health and personal training, ensures comprehensive support for your goals.

Why doesn't your uniform say Personal Trainer on it?

I’m not just a personal trainer; I am also a health coach.

Do you work for PureGym?

No, I work within PureGym as a self-employed ( freelance ) coach, which means I pay a monthly rent of £795 to run my business from PureGym Leytonstone.

Two months ago I decided I was going to no longer avoid the gym like the plague, and finally, after 36 years, attempt to work out. I’ve always been intimidated by the gym and its baffling array of equipment, and YouTube videos only served to confuse me even more. So, I needed help. Excellent pilates session, exactly what I needed after being sat over a computer all week. Impressed with how most the exercises could be dialled up or down dependent on skill level/fitness Size of class meant the instructor Nigel (who struck a great balance between pushing you and supporting you) was able to really observe and coach everyone there. Knowledgeable and very friendly, within minutes of starting my health and movement assessment with Nigel, I had a better understanding of how my body worked, and how best to support myself while working out. While at my next session at the gym I noticed myself thinking back to the assessment which has helped me rearrange my posture and positioning while running. I was especially grateful for his patience and also his bold but "realistic" approach to helping me crack the right/best routine for me. I have learned SO MUCH in the last two months from him. Nigel’s classes are awesome, he is particularly good at focusing on form which is rare to find in a teacher. He listens and always helps get things right. He is also excellent at explaining which part of the body each exercise will be working! 10/10

I had a one month training plan with Nigel back in September and it has definitely changed my approach to working out for the better. I was over doing it and I wasn’t seeing any changes or progress. What Nigel suggested for me was to go back to the basics and get to learn better posture and to get to know my body a bit more to understand how to perform certain basic moves. We also talked about nutrition, hydration and sleep, which are also key to seeing progress and improving overall health and he shared very helpful tips and learnings. I have kept the workout structure Nigel made for me and since mid September I have lost now around 5kg and 3% body fat and I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge about posture and efficiency at the gym. I now workout 3 times at the gym vs the 5/6 sessions a week I was doing before and I feel much stronger and healthier and I’m seeing faster progress. Nigel is super passionate about what he does and what he teaches are changes that you can keep up on the longer term and improve your lifestyle as well as your health and body.

I’ve spoken to Nigel a few times before while training in the gym. Last few months I’ve had major issues with my lower back and Nigel offered me a session with him to go through what could help my issues with lower back for long term rather than short term fix. He was extremely professional and his communication skills and knowledge was excellent We did 3 simple exercises and I’ve already noticed some difference already. Really appreciated

Nigel is super professional and really knows his stuff. He gave me some great insights tailored to my own specific training program. Today he helped me work on my form on compound exercises like Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press. For example, how to activate the core, which makes a huge difference! Now I'm much more assured in my technique which not only improves my training results, but also reduces risk of injury by maintaining perfect form during my workouts.
